Ceramic vessels should not be cleaned in the dishwasher. It is recommended to clean the vessels with lukewarm water and a soft sponge and to avoid using aggressive cleaning agents.

Our retail partners decide on the retail prices themselves. Please ask our retail partners for the price of each respective product.

Factory tours for private individuals are unfortunately not possible for security reasons.

Organic deposits on the walls of the vessels which emerge over time, such as efflorescence or a buildup of moss, give the pots a unique character and emphasize the naturalness of the material.
The deposits can easily be removed using vinegar water or lemon cleaner and a scrubbing brush or sponge.

As a retailer, you can get a copy of our product catalog from your SK contact person or download it from the retailer section of our website.

Depending on the size of the i-drop (70 or 170ml), you can use it to water your plants for 3-4 days.

We recommend only using our vessels for plants.

You can find the matching sizes for the growing pots on the label on the underside of the vessel.

The size relates to the outer diameter of the vessels. Clay is a natural material and can show slight variations. Therefore, our sizes are rounded up or down to the nearest whole number.

When placed outside, indoor vessels are exposed to particular outside influences, such as humidity, strong sunshine and frost. This means they are not suitable for outdoor use.

Our ceramic range is produced at two sites in Germany. We produce up to 130,000 ceramic vessels a day at our sites in Wachtberg-Adendorf and Grafschaft-Gelsdorf. A small part of our product range is sourced from (partner) suppliers.

The delivery time depends on the order volume and the destination. Deliveries to addresses in Germany usually take no more than 14 days.

Soendgen Keramik does not have a factory outlet because our vessels are only sold to retailers. You can find a choice of retailers via our search function.

Soendgen Keramik offers its customers a 24-month statutory guarantee on all vessels.

Because our indoor vessels are perfectly watertight, they can be used as cachepots.
