SUNBATHERS

Sunbather plants

In summer we like it colourful and look forward to a blooming variety on our balcony, terrace or garden. For some plants, a fully sunny location is a problem because they burn very quickly. However, many plants also come originally from warmer areas and therefore love sunlight. We have put together a selection of these plants with useful facts and suitable container recommendations.

Petunias (Petunia)

Petunias have their origin in South America and therefore love the hot sun.
They show their colourful and lush flowers from May until the first frost.
During this time they should be watered regularly. You should make sure
that the roots are not damaged by too much water.
